⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Canada Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally arriving within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact you based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Updates to Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual product received from Canada prevails. Should there be major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Logistics Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on external packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, style, display settings, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return/exchange once unsealed, tried on, used, or if original packaging is damaged, unless it is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after delivery. If there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: Should a product be incorrectly delivered, significantly inconsistent with the description, suffer from a major quality issue, or have transit damage that affects the product's function or quality, we will handle the case individually. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable laws in Hong Kong.
