• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Personal Shopping and Local Warranty: This item is for personal shopping/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Availability and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website photos are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
