⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada & Personal Shopping (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Time: Products are air-shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Personal Shopping & Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong official or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preferences, or improper fit; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada will prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, minor personal fit issues or slight color variations are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal care items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; for incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the official label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-inflicted damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
