⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or supply issues.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken, they are generally not accepted for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of wrong items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the official labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, clearly inconsistent with the description, has significant quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
