⚠️ Terms for Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air express to Hong Kong. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact and follow up as appropriate in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are errors, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If a product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage that affects the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
