⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada and Personal Shopper Services (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Lead Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Lead Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Personal Shopping and Local Warranty: This product is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong is provided. We do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body shape, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges due to non-quality reasons are generally not accepted once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: Should the product be incorrect, significantly different from the description, have major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
