⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Times: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada will prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on outer packaging. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless there is a quality issue) once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
