⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated at 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in either Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is a Canada-sourced/direct-shipped product. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, it does not come with a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, nor does this shop provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current version from Canada at the time of receipt shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on outer packaging. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable variations. Unless a product significantly differs from the chosen specifications or description, personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact our shop within 48 hours with your order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute a product quality issue.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly sent, significantly differs from its description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
