⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air shipment from Canada directly to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual delivery taking approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact and follow up on significant delays or supply failures as appropriate.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchasing agency/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available from Canada upon receipt shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to variations in body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt; for incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with suppliers or logistics.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
