⚠️ Terms for Canada Direct Shipping and Proxy Purchasing (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Proxy Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please verify all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the version currently provided by the supplier in Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels and guidelines for size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-inflicted damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly delivered, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
