⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong, typically arriving within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you regarding significant delays or inability to fulfill an order.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support as commercial warranty services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle cases involving major changes to core models, quantities, or primary specifications on an individual basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the chosen specifications or description, personal fit or slight color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues will not be accepted once the original seals are removed, tried on, used, or damaged.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please inspect the product quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive it; in the event of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or courier.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: In cases where the product is the wrong item, significantly departs from the description, has major quality defects, or shipping damage has compromised the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up based on the individual situation. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
