• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are arranged via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact and follow up on actual situations in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is for Canadian procurement/direct shipping. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no Hong Kong local manufacturer or agent warranty; we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may result in reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not accepted for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or suffers shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
