• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchasing/direct shipping service. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. We do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support as part of our commercial services.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up based on individual circumstances.
