⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping & Procurement from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong, typically estimated to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or failure to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship item. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty; we do not provide repair, part replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refund, or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website photos are for reference only; the current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transport may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receiving your order; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with suppliers or logistics.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
