⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or improper fit. Please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supplies & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received is the standard. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation based on actual circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal garments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality issues once the packaging is opened, tried on, used, or the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt. If there is a shipping error, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, size guides, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, deviates significantly from the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
