⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Lead Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Lead Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you regarding significant delays or supply issues.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship item. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, part replacements, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Differences in physique, footwear, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variances. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, minor color differences or personal fit issues are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal garments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless due to quality issues.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels and guidelines for sizing, use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: Should a product be incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, suffer from major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage affecting the product's integrity, function, quality, or seals, we will address the case individually. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
