⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada & Personal Shopping (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you based on the situation.
• Personal Shopping & Local Warranty: This product is a personal shopping/direct shipment item from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty; we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle them according to the situation.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality defect.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may lead to reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order details, intact packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the incorrect item, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has transit damage affecting the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
