⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty. We do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Transport Aesthetics: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if original seals are damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the official labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
