⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada and Procurement (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving in 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a Hong Kong local manufacturer or agency warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available in Canada upon arrival shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, our store will handle the matter based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to different body types, footwear models, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the item clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns/exchanges for non-quality issues will generally not be accepted once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are errors in shipment, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours, providing order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for our verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: Should the item be sent incorrectly, clearly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
