• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Times: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay or inability to fulfill the order, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Product Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body shapes, shoe models, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable if they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seals have been damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, along with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos, for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the goods are incorrect, significantly different from the description, have major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
