• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or items become unavailable, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian sourced/direct shipped product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide separate commercial maintenance services such as repairs, spare parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not returnable or exchangeable once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken, unless due to quality issues.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive it. In case of wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-made damage, or problems caused by unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
