• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: The product is arranged for international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally estimated to take 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery times are estimates: The arrival date is not guaranteed; supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Maintenance: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's maintenance in Hong Kong, and our store does not separately provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: The brand or supplier may update the packaging, label, batch, color scheme, or details.
