• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This item is a Canada purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no Hong Kong local manufacturer or agent warranty, and our store does not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight pressure marks, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. • Hygiene Products: Once personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-caused damage, or problems resulting from unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
