⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply failure, our store will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original or agency warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website photos are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, our store will handle the matter based on the actual situation.
• External Appearance During Transit: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange if they have been opened, tried on, used, or if the original seals have been damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Upon Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, including order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos, to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable laws in Hong Kong.
