⚠️ Canada Direct and Purchasing Terms (Please read before buying)

• Canada Direct and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up according to the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian direct purchase/import. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. Our store will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, unless due to quality issues.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact our store within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has transit damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
