• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent Service & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit issues or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
