⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada and Procurement (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specification or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours, along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
