⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada & Procurement (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you if there are significant delays or supply issues.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. We do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available in Canada upon receipt shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transportation & Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not returnable once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken, unless due to quality issues.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please inspect the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after arrival. In case of incorrect shipment, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or courier.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, deviates significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or has been damaged in transit affecting its function, quality, or integrity, we will address the case individually. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
