• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up with you based on the situation.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a direct purchase/import from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the matter based on the actual situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, usage, screen displays, and manual measurements may lead to reasonable variations. Unless a product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal care items, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Arrival Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-inflicted damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If a product is incorrect, significantly deviates from its description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
