⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Sourcing from Canada (Please read before purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Times: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual transit time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you regarding significant delays or inability to supply.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received is final. We will handle significant changes in core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive them. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has a major quality issue, or has been damaged in transit affecting its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
