⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival takes approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeline is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct purchase. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty applies. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Logistics & Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Differences in body shape, style, usage, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless a product is significantly inconsistent with the chosen specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not returnable once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged (except for quality issues).
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can investigate with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, is significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or sustains shipping damage affecting its function or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
