⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Sourcing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or if an item becomes unavailable.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or lack of fit; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain intact.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once opened, tried on, used, or damaged in their original seal, hygiene products such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal care items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive your order; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original labels, size guides, and usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product received is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
