⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Agent Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for direct international air shipping from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Agent Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian agent purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no Hong Kong local official or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version currently available in Canada received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable discrepancies. • Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up based on individual circumstances. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
