⚠️ Terms for Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you accordingly.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is a Canada purchase/direct shipment. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty; we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once orders are submitted to our Canadian suppliers, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/model selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will address any major changes to core models, quantities, or primary specifications accordingly.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transport may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Variations may occur due to differences in body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, model, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with our suppliers or logistics partners.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
