• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, with an estimated delivery of 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact you for follow-up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct ship product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. Our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selections, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before ordering.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, footwear style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the goods. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
