⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong warranty or agency support is provided, nor do we provide commercial services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada will prevail. We will handle situations involving major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or slight color variations are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable if opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, provided there is no quality defect.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If you find incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order information, full packaging photos, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered as product quality issues.

Legal Rights: In the event of incorrect items, products significantly deviating from the description, major quality issues, or transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
