• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air express directly from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt usually takes about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Time Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong original or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer additional maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations due to body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements are reasonable. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.

• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
