⚠️ Terms for Canada Direct Shipping & Personal Shopping (Please read before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in case of significant delays or unavailability.
• Personal Shopping & Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Personal items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless there is a quality issue) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receiving Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the package. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original labels, size guides, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained damage in transit affecting the product, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
