• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival typically taking about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a personal purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. We will handle cases involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, & Fit: Differences in physique, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable variations. Unless the product is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues will not be accepted once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product received is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
