• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you based on the situation.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canada-purchased/direct-shipped product. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
