⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Sourcing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not come with a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality defect.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable or non-exchangeable once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there is a wrong item, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's instructions for size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly differs from the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
