⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Proxy Purchase Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, selection of the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless a product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal garments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Upon Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has a major quality issue, or if transport damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
