⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada & Procurement Services (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Timeframe: Items are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or supply issues.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/model selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle situations involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body shape, footwear types, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal garments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (non-quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, model, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If you encounter incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigations with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting its function, quality, or integrity, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
