⚠️ Direct from Canada & Proxy Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct from Canada & Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Times are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays. If there are significant delays or if an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This item is a proxy-purchased/direct-shipped product from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or primary specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once the original seal has been opened, tried on, used, or damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of an incorrect shipment, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-made damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
