⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available in Canada that you receive will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear style, wearing methods, screen display settings, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are shipping errors, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos, to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
