• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are arranged for direct international air shipping from Canada to Hong Kong, typically estimated to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no original manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong is provided.
