⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping & Purchasing from Canada (Please read before buying)

• Direct shipping from Canada & estimated timeframe: Items are shipped from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing service & local warranty: This product is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & packaging updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Transit appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, color & fit: Reasonable discrepancies may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene products: For personal hygiene products such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receipt inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal rights: If the product is wrong, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
