In case of significant delays or unavailability of goods, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Concierge Service & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada concierge/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.

Legal Rights: In cases where the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
