⚠️ Canada Direct Shipment & Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Delivery Time: Goods are shipped from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct shipment/purchase agent item. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing Order: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual received version from Canada will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may occur due to different body shapes, shoe types, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please inspect the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there is an incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
