• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is procured via/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the version currently available in Canada upon receipt shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle the situation according to the actual circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, or other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns for reasons other than quality defects are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the shipment. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage affecting the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
